Cancellation and Refund policies
Travelers may cancel their booking up until 48 hours local time of the date of the service. An amount equivalent to the booking fee will be retained by us in this situation. All cancellation requests shall be reviewed by us and travelers involved will be informed of the outcome by email.
The tour fee will NOT be refunded. We will give you credits valued at 50% of your tour fee. You can use this credit to redeem your next booking.

Exemptions from cancellation penalties:
Documents written by travelers to forgo the penalties
Death in the family
Serious illness or serious illness in the family
Natural disaster in the country
Accidents that directly affect the ability to travelers
Amendments
Date change
If traveler proposes to change the date for an accepted booking, Traveler may send a new request to us on the new date. Traveler and guide may make new arrangements.
If traveler rejects the change and we cannot provide the tour, we needs to cancel the tour. Please refer to cancellation policies [above].
Extend a booking
Traveler can extend a booking with the current guide anytime by amending current bookings to extend the dates (subject to the availability of your guide). Contact us if needed.
Absences
In the event a traveler is unable to arrive in a proper time and destination, they will be considered as absent. Absences are not subject to reimbursement, regardless of the reason for the absence.
