How can I book a Local Tour?

Simply, select your destination. Send out booking requests to those you like. After a short while you should get responses. You won't wait longer than 48 hours to receive a confirmation and proceed through to the fun part, payment...

Do I need to pay upfront or after the trip?

We ask that payments be made upfront. Because We want to ensure that your tour completed.

What payment methods are accepted?

In order to process your booking we ask that payments are made via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Bank Transfer.

Should I tip my Local Tour after the trip?

This is entirely your choice. In Indonesia tipping is common for service providers. However, using us means the majority of your booking fee goes straight to the local, so there is no pressure to add any more.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your trip at any point before your trip. Please make sure you understand our Cancellation policies before doing so.

How can I get refund?

If it is a cancellation-triggered refund then please be patient we will inform as soon as possible ready for withdrawal. If it is for other reasons please contact our Customer support.

Is there any advice before I choose my first booking with FumaTour?

Before you book, share your story in the bio section of your profile and let us know a little something about you when making your request. Make sure to tell us where and when you would like to meet and if you are running late or having flight delay.
